Reading an Exchange Screenshot in Navrya: Actual Fills
Navrya's exchange screenshot reading is a trade-logging feature that reads the actual entry, exit, fees and recorded profit or loss from an exchange statement or order-history screenshot. It is for a trader whose closed trade was logged with the plan's numbers, not the exchange's.

Why do the logged numbers and the exchange's numbers differ?
Because the plan is written before the order, and the exchange fills it afterwards at its own price and fees. A trade in Navrya is logged with the plan's figures: entry, stop-loss, take-profits, risk, leverage and fees. Exchange screenshot reading puts the exchange's figures beside them on one trade record, so the AI trade review can measure the execution against the plan.
What do you give it, and what does it read?
You add a screenshot of your exchange's statement or order history while logging the trade, and the AI takes four figures from it.
- Entry and exit
- The prices the order actually filled and closed at, not the plan's entry and take-profit.
- Fees
- What this trade was charged, not the default fee set once in Settings.
- Recorded profit or loss
- The figure the exchange booked, read as shown and not built from entry and exit.
Nothing arrives on its own: Navrya has no link to any exchange, so you type the actual figures or supply the image.
What happens to a figure that is not in the image?
It stays empty. The model takes only what it can see: a fee column cropped out of the screenshot leaves the fee field blank, and a missing profit or loss line is not worked out from entry and exit. It neither guesses nor calculates.
An empty field means the figure was not in the image: take it from your full statement and enter it yourself, by hand, like every account and trade in Navrya.
What do you see before anything is applied?
Every figure the model read is shown before it touches the trade, and nothing is applied until you confirm:
Add a statement or order-history screenshot while logging a filled trade.
The AI reads entry, exit, fees and recorded profit or loss; unseen figures stay empty.
The read figures are shown before they are applied.
Check each figure against your own statement; it must match before you use it.

Confirm, and the figures are applied to the trade as its actual fills.
What does an invented example look like?
Invented, not a real trade or a recommendation: Sam logs a long at 60,000 with the stop at 58,800, 2% away, risking 1% of a $10,000 account, which is $100, so the trade calculator sizes the position at $5,000. The stop is hit, and Sam adds an order-history screenshot.
| Field | Logged plan | Read from the image |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | 60,000 | The actual fill price |
| Exit | 58,800, the stop-loss | The price the stop filled at |
| Fees | Default from Settings | The fee charged on this trade |
| Profit or loss | $100 loss at the stop, −1R | The loss the exchange recorded |
Where the entry filled above the plan, the stop below it, and a fee was charged, the recorded loss is larger than the $100 planned at the stop: the gap the risk guide means when it says to add fees and slippage to the loss at the stop. Sam checks the four figures against the statement and confirms. The recorded loss is there only because it was visible in the image; comparing it with the planned $100 is Sam's reading, not the model's arithmetic.
What does it not do?
It connects to no exchange, places no order and applies nothing without your confirmation.
- No link to any broker, exchange or prop firm: accounts and trades are entered by hand.
- No guessing and no arithmetic: an unseen figure stays empty, never derived from the others.
- No substitute for your own statement: each read figure has to match it before use.
- No signals, no price prediction and no financial advice; and no AI unless you ask, since logging a trade needs none.
How does it connect to the rest of the journal?
The confirmed figures stay on the trade's record, which the AI trade review reads. When you press the AI analysis button, the browser gathers the trade's figures, plus the actual fill figures when a statement has been applied, and sends them with the session, the strategy's rules and your analysis profile.
Questions about exchange screenshot reading
Does Navrya read my trades from my exchange automatically?
No. Navrya is linked to no broker, exchange or prop firm and places no orders; accounts and trades are entered by hand. Add a statement screenshot while logging a trade, and the AI reads the actual entry, exit, fees and recorded profit or loss for you to check first.
What happens when a figure is missing from the screenshot?
That field stays empty. The model neither guesses the missing figure nor calculates it from the others. Take it from your full statement and enter it yourself.
Where are the confirmed figures used?
On that trade's record. When you run the AI trade review, the actual fill figures go with the trade's direction, symbol, entry, stop, targets, size, leverage and result, so the execution is read against the plan. Editing the trade afterwards marks a review stale, so you can run it again.
Does reading a screenshot use the AI wallet?
The reading is done by the AI, and each AI request is paid from your AI wallet or, on the plans that allow it, with your own API key; logging a trade and typing the figures yourself work without AI.
