What Navrya is

Navrya is a trading journal and analysis workspace: you plan sessions and scenarios, log trades, build patterns and strategies, track your psychology and use AI to review your own work. Navrya does not hold your trading funds and does not place orders for you.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Navrya — reports, scores, pattern statistics, AI answers or anything another trader publishes — is financial, investment or trading advice. AI can be wrong. Every trading decision is yours, and trading carries a real risk of loss.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.

Your content

Your journal is yours: trades, sessions, notes, screenshots and everything else you create. You allow us to store and process it to run the service — including sending what an AI request needs to the AI provider that answers it.

What you post in the Community or list in the Marketplace is visible to other users. Don't post anything you have no right to share.

Plans and payments

• Prices are in US dollars and per month. Payment is in USDT on BNB Smart Chain.
• A plan starts once its payment is confirmed and runs to its end date. Nothing renews automatically; you renew when you want to carry on, or cancel at the end of the period.
• Plan limits apply to creating new items. When a plan ends you go back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
• Discount codes apply to plans only, and only as their own terms allow.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

The AI wallet

The AI wallet holds prepaid credit that AI features spend as you use them. Promo credit — the welcome gift, plan gifts, gifts from Navrya and converted referral earnings — can be spent on AI only; it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Work done with your own API key is billed by your provider, not by Navrya.

Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's security or limits.
• Don't scrape the service, resell access or share an account.
• Don't harass anyone, and don't publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
• Marketplace listings must describe their strategy or pattern honestly.

Changes to the service

Navrya changes often. Features, limits and prices may change; current plan prices are always shown on the pricing page and in the app. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Navrya is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damage arising from using it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update this page and its date. Using Navrya after a change means you accept the new terms.
