Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie and every kind of browser storage Navrya uses on navrya.com and app.navrya.com: what each one is for, who sets it and how long it stays. Strictly necessary ones are always on; everything optional waits for your choice.
Your choice
Optional items are off until you switch them on. Rejecting and accepting each take one click, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. It takes effect straight away and does not touch your journal or your settings.
Your choice is kept in one cookie shared by navrya.com and app.navrya.com, so you are asked once for both. We ask again after six months, or sooner if we add a new purpose or provider.
Strictly necessary
These keep the service working and secure. They are not used for analytics or advertising and cannot be switched off here. Your browser can block them, but signing in and the journal then stop working.

Referral links
If you open someone's Navrya referral link, the app sets __Host-navrya_ref on app.navrya.com so that an account created afterwards is credited to that referral. It is signed, page scripts cannot read it, it is used once, and it expires at the end of the programme's attribution window (365 days at most).
Sign in with Google
The app's sign-in screen loads Google's sign-in script from accounts.google.com so that the Sign in with Google button works. When you use it, Google may set its own cookies, including g_state on app.navrya.com, under Google's privacy policy.
Fonts
navrya.com serves its own fonts. The app currently loads some fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the app opens. No cookies are set for this.
Optional: analytics, advertising and embedded content
These run only if you switch them on. Cookie settings shows only the categories and providers in use at the time; a category with no provider in use is not offered at all.

These providers also receive your IP address and browser details and may set cookies on their own domains under their own privacy policies; they may process data outside your country. Switching a category off stops it at once and deletes its cookies on navrya.com. Cookies on a provider's own domain have to be removed in your browser or with that provider.
Your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones stops sign-in and the journal from working. Clearing the app's site data removes the journal copy in this browser; what has synced is still on our server.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes we update this page and its date; a new purpose or provider means we ask you again. Questions: open a ticket in Support in the app. The Privacy Policy covers everything else we do with your data.
